MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
We have put-up a full fledged, self contained manufacturing facility in Vasai consisting of Fabrication shop, 12 Tank Chemical Surface Pretreatment facility, Powder Coating and Oven Baking facility with Assembly and Wiring shop.

Entire steel fabrication as per approved designs of clients is carried out in our fabrication shop under constant supervision of our production engineers.
Fabricated parts are pretreated in our own 12-Tank Process Surface Pretreatment plant installed in house to ensure uniform phosphate coating which prevent rusting of the enclosures due to atmospheric exposure and aging. Uniqueness of our 10-Tank process is that we use Sulphufuric Acid in the derusting bath so that subsequent phosphating process is made more effective and long lasting.

Subsequently all the fabricated parts are Powder coated in paint booth where powder coating standards are maintained as per requirements.
Assembly shop is equipped with all the necessary tools and tackles as well as full fledged stores for issue of necessary components, material and hardware for proper and efficient assembly of the panels.

Machinery in assembly shop includes bench drills, hand drills and specially designed Hydraulically operated Busbar bending machine among other machinery. We have also developed various tools for punching holes on busbar and punching cutouts for accuracy of fabrication and assembly.
We use pneumatic tools for assembly of switchgear items in entire workshop for faster completion and reliability of tightness.

FABRICATION :

First M.S.Sheets are punched as per requirements on CNC Amada Machines followed by bending on CNC Amada Bending Machine. Welding is done by Arc Welding & Gas Welding machines for the welded parts. Each fabricated components is thoroughly checked before further releasing it for pretreatment and painting.
